Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Products: Send a photo of the damaged product. A shipping label will be provided, and a pickup will be scheduled. A replacement will be shipped if in stock, otherwise, a refund will be issued within 72 hours.

Error in Order: Email hello@formuplanet.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. A return shipping label will be provided, and a courier will be scheduled. A replacement will be sent if the correct item is in stock; otherwise, a refund will be processed within 72 hours.
